Foshan Nanhai Baiya Photo Frame Factory is a factory belonging to Matroes, S.A. (Barcelona - Spain).

Operating since 1956 we are a family-run company dedicated to the manufacture of products for the gift industry. Since 1999 we have focused our business activity primarily on the manufacture of wooden articles such as COMMEMORATIVE PLAQUES, BACKING PHOTO FRAMES, JEWELRY BOXES and other similar items.

In that same year, with the aim of obtaining a satisfactory price-quality ratio, we set up our own factory in China, while we maintain the management and our main office in Barcelona.

Equipped with the most modern technology, our plant in China applies the European quality control system in all production processes. This assures high quality finishes at truly competitive prices.

Thanks to investments made in cutting, grinding, polishing and painting operations -using state-of-the-art pressurized booths for the latter process- we achieve excellent results in matt, satin and glossy finishes that fully meet our customers' expectations.

We have two lines of products:

a) Semi-finished products, consisting of wooden articles, without metal pieces.
The wooden articles are made at our plant in China and these items are dispatched from FoShan or Shenzhen to the customer.
We do not provide a catalogue of these products because our philosophy entails adapting to the designs, finishes, and dimensions demanded by each specific customer.
This makes us one of the few companies that custom manufactures exclusively for each buyer, a practice in which we guarantee every customer product confidentiality with respect to their competitors.

b) Finished products, consisting of wooden articles with metal pieces.
The wooden parts are made at our plant in China, but the assembly of metal pieces is carried out in Barcelona. For this reason, these goods are dispatched to the customer from Barcelona Port.
